Ride Like a Woman Charity Ride for Turning Point

Ride Like a Woman Charity Ride for Turning Point

The Charlotte Independence Harley-Davidson dealership reached out to Chrome Angelz RC – Twistin’ Sisterz Chapter to see if we would be interested in leading their charity ride in celebration of International Women’s Month. Not only were we asked to lead the ride, but we were also responsible for creating the route. With only three weeks to pull everything together, our Road Captain and Vice President immediately jumped in to make it happen.

Supporting a Meaningful Cause

We were especially excited to learn that the charity we would be supporting was Turning Point in Monroe, NC.

Turning Point is the only organization in our area that provides emergency and life-saving resources for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Even more impactful, all services are provided free of charge to their clients. Supporting such a vital organization made this ride even more meaningful for everyone involved.

Closing & Call to Action

The Ride Like a Woman Charity Ride was more than just a day on the road, it was a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when women come together with purpose, passion, and determination. From planning the route in just a few short weeks to riding alongside an inspiring guest like Kalen Thorien, this event showcased the strength and unity of the motorcycle community.

Most importantly, we rode for something bigger than ourselves. Supporting Turning Point means helping provide safety, hope, and healing to those who need it most and that is a cause worth riding for.

As the engines quieted and the day came to an end, one thing was clear: this wasn’t just a ride, it was an experience that left a lasting impact on everyone involved.
