Promotes the organization. She recruits new chapters and helps recruit probates by identifying potential probates as people who express interest in our organization. Helps with naming and verifies chapter names are available. Provides chapter applications to be filled out and then will email the application to our founder. New chapter applications are only sent out by her. All referrals go to her.
Director of Convention & Corporate Sponsorships

She follows-up with Convention planning on booked businesses as well as checking in on the hosting chapter. She promotes Chrome Angelz RC to businesses, works on gathering sponsorships, as well as promotions. Will also help business with promoting on the website.
Merchandise Director

Manages merchandise sales, ordering, procurement, inventory coordination, and shipping for official Chrome Angelz RC merchandise. Ensures orders are processed accurately and merchandise is distributed efficiently to members, chapters, and events.
Event & Advertising Director

Provides final approval for all Chrome Angelz RC events and reviews all advertising materials—digital and printed—before publication or distribution. Approves the use of official logos, colors, graphics, and other brand elements to ensure all promotional materials accurately and consistently represent Chrome Angelz RC.

Administers and monitors our CARC Chapel page and is available to offer support. She will keep information you may share in confidence which includes board, family and other members as well. She is a good listener. If she does not understand your concern she will guide you to a sister who should. She cannot take sides. She is neutral. She will not mediate between members.

Preserves and documents the history of Chrome Angelz RC by collecting, organizing, and maintaining records of significant events, milestones, chapter achievements, charitable activities, media coverage, photographs, and other materials important to the organization’s legacy. Members and chapters may submit historical information, articles, event details, and photographs for inclusion in the organization’s historical archive.
